Monthly Practice Support

Consistent Support for Growing Therapy Practices

Between responding to inquiries, managing referrals, onboarding clinicians, maintaining your website, updating marketing materials, organizing systems, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes, there is often a growing list of responsibilities competing for your time and attention.

Monthly Practice Support is designed for therapists and group practice owners who need consistent support but are not yet ready to hire a dedicated employee.

Rather than paying for individual projects as needs arise, monthly support reserves dedicated space within my schedule so I can provide ongoing operational, website, SEO, and visibility support while remaining familiar with your practice, systems, workflows, and goals.

Why I Offer Monthly Practice Support

Hi, I'm Amanda, founder of Mitzi James Designs.

Over the past six years, I've supported therapists and mental health practices through operations, scheduling, intake coordination, website development, SEO, systems management, and practice growth.

I also helped support a small group practice as it grew from a team of three clinicians into a multi-million-dollar organization with more than 70 team members.

I don't share that to toot my own horn. I share it because I've witnessed firsthand how the needs of a practice evolve over time.

I've seen the challenges of managing multiple referral sources, navigating EHR systems, onboarding clinicians, troubleshooting technology, explaining insurance processes to confused clients, updating websites that never seem to stay current, and trying to keep everything moving while still providing quality care.

Because while your clients need you, your practice shouldn't require you to carry everything alone. When therapists are supported, clients are supported, and practices are able to grow more sustainably.

Is Monthly Support Right for My Practice?

  • You're spending too much time on admin instead of seeing clients

  • New client inquiries are slipping through the cracks

  • Your website, SEO, or marketing materials haven't been updated in far too long

  • You're adding clinicians, services, groups, or programs and need help keeping everything organized

  • You need support but aren't ready to hire an employee

  • You keep putting off website updates, systems improvements, and practice projects because there's never enough time

  • You'd love having someone who already understands your practice and can jump in when needed

If several of these sound familiar, monthly support can help take ongoing business tasks off your plate so you can focus on your clients and the growth of your practice.

How Monthly Support Works

Monthly support is intentionally designed to be flexible because no two practices grow in exactly the same way.

Some months may involve onboarding a new clinician. Other months may focus on website updates, referral management, SEO improvements, or promoting a new group or service.

Rather than tracking individual projects, retainer clients reserve ongoing support within my schedule and receive priority access when needs arise.

Beginning of the Month

We review any upcoming priorities, clinician additions, launches, events, website updates, or operational needs.

Throughout the Month

Requests are submitted as needs arise and completed based on priority and scope.

End of the Month

You'll receive a recap of completed projects, updates, and recommendations for the following month.

What Happens When My Practice Outgrows Monthly Support?

Monthly support is often a bridge between managing everything yourself and hiring dedicated administrative, marketing, or operational staff.

As practices grow, there may come a point where a full-time employee becomes the more appropriate solution. When that happens, I can help support the transition by documenting workflows, organizing systems, and training new team members on the processes we've built together.

This creates a smoother handoff, preserves institutional knowledge, and allows your new employee to step into established systems rather than starting from scratch.

My goal is not to create dependence on me.

My goal is to help create sustainable systems that support the long-term growth of your practice.
